Righto, I just made this section so all those who have orange box can discuss the wonderful thing that is TF2.
I love it, I really, really do, haven't enjoyed a FPS so much in years. The play is balanced, the characters are all fun, quirky, very unique in their own rights and have their own strengths + weaknesses. The voice acting is hilarious... the heavy's "MY FLESH, IT BUUUUUUUUURNS!" cracks me up every time I hear it. I'm very glad they've left the 'nades out this time around too.
I'm interested to know, what does everyone else think about it... enjoying or wishing they'd have kept things more similar to TF1/C?

some of that bugs tbh... I already own HL2 ep1.. and can't play lost coast... In fact I just want team fortress... maybe I have to wait longer for it to be released as a stand alone (or when I have a pc that'll do the lot)...

Well, you can gift multiple copies of games to other people (not that I've figured out how yet  ). I'm not sure how much TF2 will cost stand-alone, but I'm pretty sure Portal + TF2 + Episode 2 will cost more than £26 individually.

Should be an awsome game, too bad they took out nades, but i gues it prevents them fro mbeing spammed.
als o ihope it's not just limited to 2 teams, otherwise some of the classic maps loved so much in TFC won't be able to be played on this one

Im finding it really hard to get into, plus I don't really like the class balancing. It also reminds me of RTCW and RTCW: E.T multiplayer which I loved and with TF2 it comes across a little average. Though I guess I still have to play the game a bit more.

played it finally, i must say i enjoy fortres forever more than TF2, good game non the less, i'm just not into the changes they made from the original too much. and the cartoony graphics, though well used, don't attract me.
